OUR INTERNATIONAL NETSUKE SOCIETY SO CA CHAPTER'S NEXT MEETING
WILL BE
A VERY SPECIAL ONE

~~SO,

 Mark Your Calendar

Joey Chait, of Chait Gallery, has graciously invited our INS SoCA Chapter to have

our next meeting at Chait Gallery
on Sun. 4-28-13, from 12 noon to 3pm,

& to enjoy a very special, private guided preview of Chait's upcoming auction lots for their
May 5, 2013 Auction Sale IFA1305, starting at 1PM - Lots 1-98, roughly, are the netsuke and sagemono lots.

http://www.chait.com/asp/searchresults.asp?pg=1&ps=50&st=D&sale_no=IFA1305

Joey has generously arranged to serve snacks, coffee, tea and other drinks for our chapter members and guests, and, of course, all the netsuke and sagemono lots for the May 5, 2013 Auction will be out and available for our close examination.

We will be discussing, among other things: what to look for when you view auction lots prior to an auction, as well as; the auction lots themselves; reserves; estimates; how auctions generally are conducted, and; how the rules vary from geographic location to geographic location.  Because we will be the personal guests of Joey Chait (somebody who you all should know!), and examining their auction lots, please do not bring your own netsuke and sagemono to this meeting.

This will afford our members a unique chance to get their eyes sharpened up for the London INS Convention early next month, and also to have a guided, private viewing of Chait's May 5, 2013 auction lots, and to discuss them with our chapter members and guests.

Chait is located right off Santa Monica Blvd.in Beverly Hills, near the Beverly Hills Civic Center:

We sincerely hope that you can attend this very special meeting!!!!

with Kindest Regards,
