Your privacy and security are important to the International Netsuke Society (INS).  To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.  This privacy statement provides information about the personal information that the International Netsuke Society (INS) collects, and the ways in which the International Netsuke Society (INS) uses that personal information.

 

We won’t share your email address with anyone except for purposes of the INS. The International Netsuke Society (INS) may collect and use the following kinds of personal information:

 

• The Forum (message board) of the website uses cookies in order to maintain user sessions. Other personal details a member chooses to share with other forum users are left to their discretion.  When a user creates their forum account, they may choose not to disclose any personal information that they wish to keep private.  Please keep in mind that the message boards are open to the public and the information posted can be viewed and used by anyone.

The International Netsuke Society (INS) may use your personal information to:

 

• Administer this website (netsuke.org)
• Enable your access to and use of the website services
• Send you notifications of important INS events

Information that the International Netsuke Society (INS) collects may be stored and processed in and transferred between any of the countries in which the International Netsuke Society (INS) operates to enable the use of the information in accordance with this privacy policy.
