Hills Convention
Save the Dates! The Beverly Wilshire Hotel Make your plans and mark your calendars for May 20-25, 2011 for the 2011 INS Convention at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel, a historic and five star hotel, at the foot of Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, California. I am excited to announce that Dr. Dmitry Tubis, the Los Angeles Chapter Chairman, and David S. White, an attorney and Los Angeles collector, have agreed to co-chair the 2011 Convention. The three of us together with other members of the Southern California Chapter will be working to make this a Convention that you will not want to miss. 
In Los Angeles you can look forward to having a special viewing of the Raymond & Frances Bushell Collection at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art and being able to see a selection of the Richard Silverman collection which will be exhibited during the Convention. The Dealer’s Room will be in the famous Royal Suite overlooking Rodeo Drive and Wilshire Blvd which will be an experience in itself – not only the best netsuke for sale in the world but shown in a space that very few people will ever have the opportunity to visit.
